Group Passes (16+)

To ensure the comfortability of all guests, any group of 16 or more people must reserve group passes in advance. We cannot accommodate admission for groups without a pre-arranged group reservation. Multiple reservations for the same party or organization will NOT be honored, unless previously coordinated with our Visitor Services team.

Group passes are scheduled on a first come, first served basis and must be booked 6 weeks in advance. Please fill out the reservation form below to request a group visit time slot. A staff member will follow up on your request soon.

If your group would like a facilitated classroom experience as part of your visit, please refer to our Adult & Corporate Groups or Field Trips & Youth Groups pages for more information.

Group passes to our exhibit spaces are self-guided and do not include any additional programming or guided tours. Visitors should plan to spend between 60-90 minutes exploring the exhibits.

The People’s House is open from 9 am – 5 pm, seven days a week. We are closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. Last entrance time for the day is 1 hour before closing. On occasion, The People’s House might be closed for special events and pre-scheduled maintenance.

Before your visit, please review our Frequently Asked Questions and Visitor Code of Conduct.

Reservations, Pricing, and Cancellation Policies

To ensure the comfortability of all guests, any group larger than 16 people must coordinate with a Visitor Services Representative.

Group passes do not require any additional fees, however, we recommend a donation of $15 per person to support The People’s House: A White House Experience.

If you no longer plan to visit, please email TPHpasses@whha.org so we can release the reserved passes.
